Ubisoft Presents Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth

“In Marvel Avengers: Battle For Earth players battle against The Skrull Invasion in the ultimate Super Hero brawler starring over 20 Super Heroes and Villains from the Marvel universe, including all of The Avengers, Spider-Man and Wolverine.”

Based on the Secret Invasion storyline, fans will embody their favorite super hero or super villain to defeat epic enemies by using the Kinect sensor or GamePad’s touch-screen to throw arrows like Hawkeye, strike a debilitating bite as Black Widow, or hurl gigantic rocks as The Hulk.  Up to four players can team up or compete against each other in co-op, arcade and vs. modes and use combination of their full bodies or the GamePad and Wii Remote & Nunchuk to activate super attacks, launch devastating powers and dodge their opponent’s moves.

Ubisoft along with Marvel Comics have created a game where you step into the shoes of your favorite superheroes and literally go HULKSMASH on your enemies. With many different characters to choose from including The Hulk, Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor, as well as other heroes and villains from the Marvel Universe.

Use every motion you can while playing any of the game modes such as co-op, campaign, arcade, challenges, versus, and tournament. This game leaves you with tons of bonuses to unlock such as other challenges and even more outfits for your Marvel Comics hero or villain.

The game looks like it popped directly out of the comic book and thats exactly what Ubisoft was going for. With comic book like graphics and motion gaming capabilities, what more could a Marvel fan ask for?

In an interview with Stan Lee he says,”I played it, and it is sensational.” He also goes on to say,”you not only get to play the character, in a sense, you get to be the character.”

Rated T for Teen, Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth is out now on Kinect for Xbox 360 and will be available for Nintendo Wii U in December.
